Hi there, In the train selection screen I have the following (see attachment). Does anyone else have this as well? If you use filters and select USA, it does show up there. It also has an American flag if you hover over it. I don't seem to be missing anything. I have verified the integrity of the game files. Although, if I look in my DLC’s I do see a unknown DLC listed; Train Sim world DLC 63 Any idea?
Sorry I can't help you with the missing name picture. I'm guessing that you bought a pre-release version of TSW3? For whatever reason, Train Sim world DLC 63 is actually your pre-order decals pack. ...Very lazy naming DTG!
I am having this same issue with my TSW3. I did get the latest DLC’s released today as well as allowing the system to check for any damaged files. Ang suggestions on how to resolve this? TIA

Yep. It’s the coal hopper that comes with the CSX C40-8W DLC. Something that was a quick two minute fix for my mod. Not sure why DTG haven’t fixed it on their end yet…
Do you own Sand Patch Grade C40-8W DLC?, I've been told the culprit is the 3-Bay 100 Ton Coal Hopper that comes with the C40-8W DLC. Here is a mod that removes it "Missing Name" remover from Train Depot menu for CSX C40-8W DLC owners - Train Sim Community
I'm a little confused, what are you trying to fix? I already fixed it in my mod: "Missing Name" remover from Train Depot menu for CSX C40-8W DLC owners - Train Sim Community And livery designer works fine too in my mod. Removing the Asset Registry isn't a good idea, that's not even the problem to begin with? It's not a duplicate of the C40-8W.
Well you didn’t seem to get the message but if you did what I think you did, which is modify the actual pak file for the DLC and recompile it, and if you try to redistribute it, that would be considered piracy because someone else could download that “mod” and have the whole DLC for free. I don’t want credits for piracy. I don’t support that.
Actually no, because proper mods only contain required files for the mod, not the whole DLC compiled. That means that if you don’t have the DLC already, the mod is useless, it’s not redistributing the whole DLC.
There is a similar display issue with the Horseshoe Curve DLC. It is also due to a wrongly linked coal car in timetable mode. A single linking bug isn't that dramatic in itself, but it's a bit annoying that it makes the clean and accurate UI display look unfinished.
TSW4 was released and they didn't even bother to fix this bug in TSW3 (Train Sim World® 3: Bahnstrecke Bremen - Oldenburg Route), I easily fixed it myself in March/2023. With bug. Without bug.
