PC Bakerloo 2021 Queens Park Passengers Not Loading

On the new timetable on Bakerloo 2001 it seems that the passengers at Queens Park station do not want to get back onto any trains and just stay on the platforms.



This seems isolated to this one station as normal service resumes at the next stations. It also feels like am bumping into invisible passengers on the stations (some people have said about invisable passengers inside the train also taking up seats, but I have not seen this myself yet) and some internal corridors at some other stations, with some passengers standing at odd angles or just stuck in the walkways (as pictured below - Most (90%) of the npc's below are stationary.



This may just be the continual decline in passenger behaviour which have been seeing in recent months from TSW2.

Platform: Steam TSW3 - PC

 

Same issue with TSW3 - PS5. Passengers just stand on the platform.

 

Also trains arriving and departing empty, this is happening at every station

 

Joining to say the same thing. Passengers not boarding any trains on Bakerloo. Also found cannot interact with any seats on the trains aside from the drivers. No passenger seats functioning, secondman seat doesn't work either.
