Hi all, I've come from PS4 to Xbox Series S , on PS4 I had reached level 81 on tsw2, when I launched tsw3 on Xbox I transferred my progress rather than starting again and it transferred my character but not my progress so I'm back at level 1 is this right, is progress not transferable across platforms thank you in advance
Progress (driver profile) can only be done on the same platform. Your PS4 transfer would have to go to TSW3 on PS4 (not PS5, not Xbox).
Ouch, that's a tough break man. At least you'll get to play it again with all the new bells & whistles. Happy travels!
Tell me about it :/ I also spent a lot on add-on routes but can't transfer those, I switched to Xbox for MSFS2020 but obviously TSW3 looks better on my Series S than on PS4 so moved to that. Wish the purchases were stored at Dovetail rather than the platform stores
I completely understand that one. I ran games on both platforms for a long time. But, after X/S came out I jumped exclusively to XB. Saved me a lot of money & there's just too many pros that outweight the cons of using both. A central server Def seems it would be better for gamers. Unless Sony & MS merge someday that seems very improbable.
