I heard It will have a save game feature as a one of the big sellling points and a penis ula corridoor preserved update
TSW4 will probably be a board game, which we will be playing by candlelight. Let’s face it, if the current energy hikes in the UK continue no one will be able to afford to put the light on, let alone the PC or TV/console for an hour!
In all seriousness that did occur to me (as I type this out on the iPad). Trainz has versions for Android and Apple tablets so I’m very surprised DTG haven’t gone down this avenue too, albeit cut down version. Of course the downside of tablets, at least the Apple ones, is at two years old the battery has lost most of its efficiency and needs charging every couple of days, especially once you start playing anything graphic intensive like Hay Day or Rival Kingdoms. Mine was on 75% this morning, now at 28%. The tablet has also “bent” across the middle vertically, giving the screen a kind of concave shape.
My Prediction, it will be released 29th August 2025 with Unreal 5 Engine (or even better, Amazon's Lumberyard game engine), and will come with HL1, Channel Tunnel and full routes to Lile, Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris (I CAN DREAM OK!)
2024 or 2025 using UE5 and TSW 3 Dynamic Weather Training Centre features. Base game routes Calder Valley Line UK Germany and the Netherlands are represented by HDU merged with HRR HDBU US Raritan Valley Line. Spoiler: HDU merged form HDBU Full name Hollandstrecke Duisburg Utrecht Merged form with Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr Hollandstrecke Duisburg Bochum Utrecht . Trains on the Cover Class 195 UK Germany DB BR408 Netherlands SNG or ICNG US ALP-45DP. Deluxe edition OBB SFS Salzburg-Wien Steam Bamberg Hof or CRRNJ Raritan to Allentown via Easton, PA Delaware River Bridge.
Will everyone please stop being so ridiculous and ungrateful! We just got tsw3 now stop your moaning!
New features for TSW4 include the removal of the ability to pause the game, a 550 km route with two stations and 427 tunnels .. [REMOVED - Alex - Highly Inappropriate]
TSW4 will be open world featuring every single railway, country, train, wagon and service on the planet with live weather, events and delays. Is Zürich HB closed due to severe damage caused by a tornado in real life? It will also in TSW4. One of the main selling points is the cross platform features, able to play on every platform you can think off.
Ungrateful? You calling people who buy a product ungrateful if they dislike it or mock it? That's the world upside down. DTG should be grateful we still wanna discuss the product.
That "leak" provides no evidence whatsoever regarding the existence of a Train Sim World 4. All they've done is throw a price (40 EUR) and a date (Sept 26) into the mix. They say they "have a source" - which is code for "lol I made this up". The Prices went up by 5 (Euros, Dollars or Pounds) in TSW3 so they're simply predicting that will happen again. TSW2020 - €30 TSW2 - €30 TSW3 - €35 TSW4* - €40 (All rounded to nearest 5) | *Article figure So they're just predicting that it follows the trend. As for the release date, it's similar. TSW2 - August 20th TSW3 - September 6th (2w, 3d later) TSW4* - September 26th (2w, 6d later) *Article date This jumped out to me as quite obviously fake instantly. Everything seemed to be far too convenient to these trends in releases. Also, as I said, they mentioned a source but didn't go any further, nor provided anything. Don't believe anything until we see or hear from DTG. Be it a leak or an announcement. If that article turns out right, it's just an educated guess.
The leaker is billbil-kun. He's pretty well known for his accuracy and a reliable source for leaks. Not to say that he could be wrong here, or that DTG will change dates, but he does not make up stuff or guess... edit: Games Horizon have also picked up on his rumour, also siting him as reliable. And it sould be pretty obvious why bilbil-kun would not reveal his sources, lol.
Still seems like a load of [Removed - Alex - Swearing] Dovetail's leaks have only ever came from streams/early articles. It's usually just content for us that's released early (the Spring Showcase, being an example) The article says there are "at least a hundred of them", referring to DLCs. Steam DB currently has 97 'DLCs', about 15 of which are unnamed. One is actually quite deep in the list so I think it must have been abandoned. There is not a chance in hell that we could jump from 82 to 100> over one release. If we count the upcoming stuff, that rises to 87. It's all just a load of quite obvious predictions being made. And to that end, the obvious / "fits the pattern" nature makes them the clear option to guess. I highly doubt there's a source behind this. It all adds up far too nicely.
And you're the new member who's first post (on the TSW Forum) is a link to a very vague article making a massive claim. I think I know who's more to trust.
Ah - the ol' new to furum noob knows nothing. 3,739 forum posts does indeed make you the expert. Perhaps bilbil-kuns 30k followers and prediction history will make you realise you sound a bit.... wrong for once.
Followers. Wow. The thing that makes no difference to real world, and only boosts an internet user's ego. As the 'new to forum' - considering your very first post on this board is sharing an article making a very bold claim, it was a valid point to make.
I hope it's not a whole new game and just a few new routes packaged up under the TSW4 name that still brings an update to preceeding versions with a nice discount for TSW3 owners. I'm already reeling from the news that Cities Skylines 2 and Flight Simulator 2024 are going coming.
CS2 is quite fair though - a decade after the first release, a brand new game on a brand new engine with absolutely nothing ported, bar the concept of the game and it's features. MSFS seems to be as justified as a new TSW game, though.
as a OG tsw4 is still more then a year away u do all know its the same game with shiny new toys that always brake lets get real here we all know what it is all about now just as long as we start to see new country's and longer routes and the move to unreal 5 and a bigger memory bay where we will start to see less shutters then ill be happy
