Long Island Rail Road Extensions

Long Island Rail Road is a Nice Route. I think there is some extensions:
Long Island Rail Road: Port Washington Branch
Long Island Rail Road: Ronkonkoma Extension
Long Island Rail Road: West Hempstead Branch
Long Island Rail Road: Far Rockway Extension
Long Island Rail Road: Moutok Extension (has the link between Ronkonkoma Line and this one for owners of the aforementioned extension and St. Albans to Babylon part for owners of West Hempstead)

I think these, even just one, would be nice

If I could pick 3, it would be West Hempstead, Far Rockway, and Moutok to add more varierty at jamica

 

dtg have already said they are not doing route extensions for tsw2 as they do not sell

 

Interesting proposal and I actually made one the Babylon branch St Albans to Babylon via Lynbrook Rockville Centre Freeport Merrick Bellmore and Wantagh. They are not going to sell unless made into a separate route to link with LIRR New York Penn Station/ Atlantic Terminal Brooklyn to Hicksville/Hempstead.
To be realistic 8 car trains have a choice of Penn Station or Atlantic Terminal End points 10-12 car trains only Penn Station from those branches electrified sections. Electrified dates are October 13th 1970 electrification to Huntington Port Jefferson Branch and December 28th 1987 electrification to Ronkonkoma MacArthur Airport Station.

 

It’s possible now if you try revive it it’s actually possible wait new train Sim world three we have a possibility for this to happen we just need a certain amount of people to it suggest this idea

 

I would love this idea, but they still don't include things like station announcements or in cab destination announcements and it really takes away from the playable experience for me. So, it would be a great route, but then feel very lackluster.

 

i would not mine this to happen but also like to see NY subway so dont think it will happen

 

My pick would probably be port Jefferson for the diesel Branch or oyster bay Branch.

 

They said they could do 250 miles last time I checked the Long Island rail Road is only 125 or 35 I’m not sure what the number is but it’s around that

 

I think it is possible for them to extend the Long Island Railroad if they really wanted to, as they extended the Southeastern route that came out for TSW2, in TSW3's iteration due to popularity and great feedback on the route. It would be great to see LIRR receive an extension, as alot of the services read Ronkonkoma, but services end short at Hicksville

 

I would rather they remake the Whole entire LIRR DlC with adding the Grand Central extension along with the branch lines to Rokonkama, Port Washington and Oyster Bay branch.

 

I would definitely love to see the port Washington Branch and oyster bay Branch come to life on TSW 3 hopefully they’ll add a diesel locomotive for the oyster bay route when they announce it for TSW 3.
