Downloaded the TSW3 version of the Cornish route last night. Driving the class 150 from Penzance to St. Austell the TV screen flickers with a series of horizontal white dashes at the bottom edge and the lower right corner. No similar issue on Spirit of Steam or Cathcart Circle so as far as I know it just affects this route. Very noticeable and distracting in tunnels.
I’ve had the same problem on my ps4 on several of the legacy routes (TSW2 routes). A flickering line at the bottom of the screen. Would be easily fixed if we were able to adjust the borders of the game screen. Unfortunately there is no such option.
