Where Are My Routes In Tsw3?

Still missing the three core TSW2 routes here. I see them for sale but they have yet to be added to my TSW3.

I have still no access to the three TSW2 core routes and the three Rush Hour routes. Also I still cannot see the Ruhr-Sieg Nord DLC with the BR 155 and BR 363 add ons in game although they are downloaded.

 

Still no TSW2 Core Routes for me.

 

I still don't have access to the three TSW2-core routes (Epic). Neither restart, verifying files nor log-off/log-in make any difference :-/

 

No, still missing my TSW2 Core routes and SEHS. The last one is showing as owned in the "Manage Addons" page and has the yellow arrow in the game, however it isn't avbl for selection.

 

Yes, I got the Standard Edition in early access.

 

Nope, German Starter Pack. That's why I am missing SEHS, taking this one over from TSW2.

Missing 3 rush hour and 3 TSW2 base routes.

Yep, same here, nothing changed since my latest post. Still seven routes (plus the corresponding locos) missing.

I bought the Deluxe Edition with early access too.

 

I’m also in the same boat. Preordered TSW3 standard edition.

I’m missing the 3 rush hour routes (believe I had purchased the summer pass or whatever it was for those last year) and also Peninsula Corridor with its two additional locos (baby bullet and switcher). Epic store just has a “buy now” button for all those on my end.

- All 3 Rush Hour routes - Missing
- Peninsula Corridor - Missing
- Southeastern High Speed - Arrived
- Class 465 - Arrived
- Baby Bullet - Missing

- German Starter Pack (Kassel-Würzburg) - Arrived
- Southeastern High Speed, via TSW2 - Missing (but showing as avbl under "manage Addons")
- All TSW 2 core routes - Missing
- Rush Hour London and Dresden (bought seperately) - Arrived

 

for me, the core routes from tsw2 are missing, as well as the rush hour routes (bought them when the season ticket was still available) although they do show as an upgrade if I add them to the basket. the core routes on the other hand show nothing special and would go through as a normal purchase..

 

I realized that I may have a key as to why mine have not been showing up. So as I mentioned before I purchased the TSW 2 Rush Hour routes using the season ticket as opposed to purchasing them separately. Likewise my content for Peninsula Corridor (route and add on locos) came through by purchasing the TSW 2 USA starter pack as opposed to purchasing the add ons themselves. I already owned TSW 2 prior to both of these purchases. All my other routes and other locos (save the TSW2 and TSW3 cores) were purchased separately from any “pack” or “pass”. So I’m guessing it has something to do with the entitlements not being recognized since they were not purchased as separate addons?

 

I hope it will get sorted really soon, i miss driving through the Alleghenies on OG Sand Patch Grade.

Besides TSW2 core and Rush shour routes, are you guys with problems with Ruhr Sieg Nord? It's installed but not visible in the game.

 

I have the same problem with Ruhr-Sieg Nord.
And yes, still new for the missing routes.

Sorry, hate to be annoying, but during the last seven days nothing has changed. Status idem as in my post from September 11. And from what I read here, other people still have exactly the same problems.
I would really appreciate it if you could intensify your insisting towards Epic.

Still not getting my TSW2 Core Routes.

 

Not even talking to us doesn't generate an awful lot of trust.

 

Can't they simply give us some sort of redeemable codes or coupons to get the TSW2 Core Routes? I feel quite frustrated at this moment.

 

It doesn't work like that with Epic, ttbomk.
They *could* give us Steam codes, though, for each and every product we own on Epic, so we can take our business there..
But no kidding, it it high time for them to get this figured out soon. Or at least show that they care and are doing something.

 

It's nearly 2 weeks after the release date now. Something must be done
