Sorry if this has already been asked, I did have a look around but couldn't quite find what I was after... Does anyone else have the issue where there is only a very limited selection of available content in the PS Store, and why so much of the content from within the game seems unavailable? I recently purchased the UK Starter Pack on PS5, but would like to add some other routes such as Brighton to Victoria, but many don't seem to be available. Just wondering if these have been discontinued or whether they just haven't been made compatible for TSW3 yet. Just to add, I'm relatively new to TSW , although I did have TS Classic a long time ago through Steam (which I no longer have access to) and had various routes such as the aforementioned Southern route, and old slam door stock. Would like to drive those again if possible!
yes, we all have that issue and that's because not all of the TSW compatible (legacy) routes have been released yet due to Sony imposing a limit on how much content DTG can release in one go. Legacy (TSW compatible) DLCs will be added over the next 2-3 weeks in batches.
Appreciate the explanation. To be honest, I can see how it's frustrating for some, but as I'm only a casual player, I don't mind all that much it being gradually released. That it will be released is what ultimately matters to me! Having grew up around Dartford, it's quite nostalgic for me to drive the trains I used to travel on as a kid and teen! I've since moved to NZ and drive freight trains, so I'm sure that'll keep me occupied while I await more game content!!!!!

What is the point in releasing them, I've nearly reached my dlc limit already from the routes released last week. The next lot of routes released today won't show in game anyway as it will be over the limit.
Not sure if sarcasm If not you may need to see that while diesel legends is today, the route itself doesn't get released till next week

I wonder has it been unlinked yet from the East Coastway route meaning the London Commuter services will work for now? Not sure
It seems like they didn't have much time to decide on the release order and rushed it a bit. Hopefully we'll have it all available in a week's time. Now, for those of us who play on ps5 we have to rack our brains on what to install and what to sacrifice. How long are we going to have to put up with this sorry state of affairs? There is something that really strikes me, and that is that between what happened this time and what happened with the DLC limit, achievements, etc, you could say that there is not a very fluid communication between Sony and DTG. I don't know if it's normal between this kind of companies, but I'm quite surprised that there's so much improvisation because they're not exactly neighbourhood shops...

Nope. Nothing has been unlinked. How they did the release was not good but they had 3 days (including the weekend to try and sort out as they only had a minimum amount of "tokens2 to use issued by Sony. Hentis
so I have installed the Class 20 and I would have expected to be able to select that for the Southeastern High Speed but it is not appearing? or am I missing something, are there no railtours on this route any more? Edit: or is it not TSW3 'new' route compatible Edit 2: ignore me I assume I will have to wait for TVL to be able to use it
^^^^^^^^^^^ You still have to have the original route available and INSTALLED on your console / PC for locomotive dlc layers to become available on other routes. Tees Valley isnt available until 20/09/2022. Hentis
Already hit the DLC limit Had to remove Oakville and Dresden Chemnitz to shoe horn BML,HMA, HBL,LGV and NDR, G6, BR187 and the 1938 stock in, this was after I removed IRR,Pen Corridor, Lucerne - Sursee, SPG and Isle of Wight 2022 as well. Hentis
I discoverd that the BR204 from MSB and the BR363 from RSN didn't work based on today's availability in the PS store, because they still need there original routes for training. In other words it would have been more sense to release them next week. The same with the Class20 and "Diesel Legends of Great Western". ...at least the G6 works and there is another BR363 in DB blue available!
That is annoying. I remember you asking last week if the limit includes the core TSW3 routes . Did you get a definitive answer to that Hentis? It seems that the core TSW3 is a lot more than the core TSW 2
Yeah the 3 new routes with TSW 3 do add to the 65gb dlc limit, that came from Mat. The only route that doesnt is the training center. Hentis
For the person hoping to run the Class 20 Railtour on SEH. Don’t raise your hopes too much. I think the diesel railtours were removed and replace with steam instead. Not 100% sure, but I think I remember that being in one of the streams.
So I cannot load as many DLC on TSW3 to on my PS5 as I could on TSW2 . I cannot load all my content on TSW2 on my PS5. Still no transfer from PS4 to PS5 . For us PS5 users it would seem that again we are disadvantaged even in the all new singing and dancing TSW3 DTG must either dislike PS5 users or just don’t care . This all needs sorting and sorting NOW!!!!! It’s been too bloody long
This isn't DTG's fault. Sony are the ones who have imposed a 64GB limit for DLCs on the PS5. It was the same for TSW2 on the PS5 after Sony put out an update just after Rush Hour released last year. DTG are trying to figure out a way to work around this imposed limit.
And it takes over a year to sort it? I remain sceptical Nick Y because of their passed promises and what about the profile transfer between ps4 and PS5. Things shouldn’t take this long Oh and I was being flippant saying they hated us .
Sony is a moronic company with the 64gb limit and I’m not surprised it’s taking a while to figure out how to get around it. I’ll just be happy if they find a workaround that works. I wish I went with Microsoft this generation since they seem much more consumer friendly but it would mean having to spend hundreds more to rebuy DLC I have going back to the TSW1/PS4 days and it’s not like games on disc where I could sell/trade them in.
Last thing that JD mentioned a few days before TSW 3's release was that the DLC manager has gone back to the engineers as the PS5 version crashed . So as far as I am aware its the PS5 ( oh the irony) version not playing ball. Hentis

This coming Tuesday all tsw2020 comes over from tsw2 but the 64 gb limit so not all will be Installed and the same time
Hey DTG JD, all of the missing DLCs are available today in the PS store. But I noticed that the "New Journeys Expansion" pack isn't available for TSW3 yet, only the TSW2 version can be downloaded. It's been available since launch on Steam though, so something must have been forgotten in the PS store. With more than 50 DLCs, it's certainly not easy to still have an overview...
Hey! New Journeys isn't available yet on any platforms (with KAH/SPG/BKL becoming individual routes, the whole package needs to be reworked in the various stores), but we're working on it.
