Just downloaded Harlem Line DLC to TSW 3 and the same red light issue that occurs in the "Train 616 Southeast to GCT" on TSW2 has now carried itself to this build. Please fix!
No updates to HAR were included in the transfer to TSW3, except for the dynamic weather and lightning. So, all the old problems have carried over. However, I have found many of these "broken" services on HAR playable by spawning in on foot, and then taking the service over. This is sort of a workaround for the red light issue. Good luck!
I was and might still make a thread about an issue I had during a service yesterday. I was given a yellow but thankfully was going to slow enough to stop when I noticed another train in front of me. I took a short video as I've been using videos to document and submit bug reports recently and I was actually stopped behind almost a dozen trains lol. I've had red light issues on routes before but I've never seen this: 2:56 second video duration
