Incorrect Speed Limit North Of Strood, Sb (nk 449)

The speed limit beginning at NK 449 southbound should be 45, but the HUD says 40 and you get penalized for going above 40. Screenshot showing posted speed limit vs approaching HUD speed limit:

 

Historically, the HUD has been correct, so I would follow the HUD until something changes.

A similar issue exists on BML

 

I remember the bug a little while back when all signs where reading zero. So yeah, follow the hud.
