Guys, as i have said above. My graphics are aful! It looks like MSFS when you go into drone mode and go for an explore around times square as example. TS Classic for me is far far better but the videos I'm seeing online suggest im doing something wrong because on youtube they seem way better? TIA
Have you checked the settings? Is the graphics preset on High? Is the screen percentage up? Can your computer run the game at such high graphics? (mine can't!)
Yeah it can, i have a 3080 card and a pretty powerful machine for MSFS. I think its just poor compared to TS Classic! Most my settings are on ultra and able to handle it. Pretty shocked as to how bad it is actually
Check the .ini command stuff, There's a few threads including a good one by Geloxo which will give you some ideas. Some of these settings can make a big difference, also ramp up your screen percentage in the game too.
The graphics for TSW 3 are definitely superior to TS classic in many areas. I have my graphics on the absolute maximum settings and with the new lighting it is beautiful.
With a 3080 you should be able to run with all the graphics on ultra. Is the screen percentage at 200%? Anything below this will severely reduce the quality. Also would be a good idea to check that you display is on its native resolution. Windows will normally do this automatically but its a good idea to check. If you go to display options then screen resolution, where it says what you resolution is, it should say native next to it?
