Every new TSW version you mess up the sound of this loco. There is no voice output. No "Zugbeeinflussung" No "Sifa" No "Zwangsbremsung". All german routes installed.
So I have 3 different 146's and the top one behaves like you describe but the second and third seem to work properly. The second one doesn't use PZB Wachsam/Sifa pedal indiscriminately when pressing B/Circle so that's probably the best one. The order they're listed may be different to you.
