Xbox Xbox Sync With Pc Trouble

Hi all,
I'm not able to have my PC save back on my Xbox (Series). I did work well the first day but now, I wanted to test back the PC version, did play and save a long trip.

Back on Xbox, I can't synch anymore. I tried to erase everything on Xbox, but I can't come back. It make me a brand new profil even I'm using my dovetail account. I'm a bit lost and don't want to lose the progress from the PC version.

Everything is on gamepass. Thx

 

One day later, still synch troubles, still can't play on Xbox with my gamepass save on PC, any clue to solve this Dovetail ?

Update / Edit : two days later, and I didn't play since Monday evening, everything is back to normal on my Xbox. Why ? I don't know. It could be nice to know why it's working again

 

I’m pretty sure you can’t play on the same profile because they’re different platforms

 

No you are wrong, it works with the gamepass cloud save. I play on both.

 

You can - XBOX PC Version and XBOX Console version should (and do for me) Sync between each other on the same profile. What I've found though is that I have to shut down my PC completely for the XBOX to be able to sync. Otherwise it just keeps coming up with a message that 'It's taking a long time'
