Uhm 395 Problemo

in cml dover Ramsgate in was driver and occasionally the engine fault light would come on (for context i was driving a class 395) im driving and occasionally i have to through on the emergency brakes to reset the vehicle help

 

The unit has a Vigilance Device which sounds every 60 Seconds and has to be reset.
Also make sure you cancel the AWS within 3 seconds

 

it isnt vigilance because i have to put on the emergency brake to stop the alarms

 

Are you exceeding the speed shown on the TVM display - that will cause an Emergency Brake Application.
On the High Speed Section you have to run to the Cab Display - not the Track Speed.

Are you over speeding approaching a Red Signal - could be a TPWS Grid?

 

no im pretty sure all of my signals ahead were green
