I know I can't be alone in disliking the change to lightning I loved how it was it made storms fun to drive in with the awesome lightning but after this recent patch I never see the lightning anymore I feel its completely ruined immersion for me and ruined storms I've played many services since patch and I haven't seen lightning strike once not even at a distance huge let down in my opinion
I totally agree and been complaining about it on here every day. It sucks now and is boring..rainstorm and lightning storms are dumbed down and look the same. I can't believe that DT thinks this is better? You have to be a blind person not to notice. You are right, it breaks the whole emersion and fun. Way to go DT
Just a warning about this so-called touchy subject it seems some fan boys love the new change and think that this garbage looks better, more realistic. Ok, yeah right. They say there is not much lightning in real life and the way it was before was unrealistic! Lol. Wow! These people are a bunch of boring stick in the muds. They need to get out more and realize it is just a game, games are supposed to be fun!!
I mean everyone is entitled to their own opinions aslong as they don't resort to insulting others with that then I have no issues with anyone disagreeing it's a game after all I just feel like the change was too drastic and it was fine before lol
we need a slider where we can have it more or less or even turned off i call for it to be back to the way it was as i like detail in my game no just hear thunder and no lighting even some flashes would do me fine but yeah not the real close stuff like it was
