   What's the issue? That it starts at 10? This looks to be as per reality
   
   Older train speedos are quite jumpy and don't have much use below 10mph.

   PC Steam. Is 10 mph the lowest indicated value? Maybe it is. Dont know is this prototypical. Above 10 mph it is OK so perhaps this should be like this.
