My TSW2 Addons are not listed under tsw3 in the epic games store, but if i open the shop in tsw 3, its showing that I own lgv already even though, its not on my epic games account for tsw 3
Routes are coming out periodically on Epic, if the routes doesn't come up after 48 hours let us know.
Well LGV is out on epic andingame it says that I got that route, but in the epic games store it says I dont

Is it that you're unable to find the upgrade, the upgrade prompts you to re-purchase rather than get it for free, or that once installed it isn't showing in-game? Are you trying to obtain your free upgrade through the in-game store or web store?
Thanks for the response, JD. All my previous content apparently not available yet in Epic Store, except one, Spirit of Steam. I've already owned Spirit of Steam on TSW2, and SoS already available in TSW3 Epic Store Page, but i can't claim it/install it on my Standard Edition TSW3. The SoS Store Page says "Unavailable". I'm pre-order buyer.
I like to second this issue. I can indeed see the addons included in the list behind your link in the Epic Games Store, but I cannot download the ones I already owned in TSW2. Whenever I try to buy one, it says that I already own it however. When I go to Library>TSW3>Manage Addons, only the three routes that come with TSW3 are listed there. None of the routes that I own from TSW2, also not the ones that should already be available according to the link.
Have the same, if I add my owned addons to the basket it notifies me that I already own them, but i can't access them from tsw3's add on list: Only got the routes that came with the Deluxe edition so far.
I have the same problem. But I also found another issue. I preordered the Standard Edition but in the EGS it says that only the US Starter Pack and the German Starter Pack are in my library. However I'm still able to play on SEHS
Not sure if DTG/ EGS flicked some magic lever, but I've shortly went into the EGS web store, checked on of my owned add-ons, it showed as owned, went to the EGS Launcher and now it shows more add-ons. from the looks of it a few are missing, might as well just be some locos, haven't verified yet.
For me, as of today, the issue is solved, and I can download legacy addons to TSW3 now. Thanks for fixing it!
Just checked and the missing add-ons for me are now the TSW2 core routes, as well as the Rush Hour routes. Rush Hour in the Launcher shows up as "this is an upgrade for an item in your library" while the core routes say nothing like that and just look like I've never owned them...Guess I'll just have to wait some more.
Well I'm also still missing the TSW2 Core Routes and the Rush Hour Routes. The Rest ist fortunately there.
I don't know how it is for you by know, and I don't know if other PC/Epic Players also have this issue, but it is still exactly a you describe for me: I have access to all my 'loose bought' legacy addons, but not the TSW2 Core Routes and the Rush Hour Routes. I just created a ticket about the issue.
Epic is working to solve this and according to JD it'll be solved by the end of the week. I'm missing BML so much and wanna try the new timetable on BKL
FWIW the big Cities Skylines update that came out yesterday has Epic users up in arms as a chunk of them have also lost their DLC in that game, so it looks like an Epic fail (hoho) all round
How is it with you guys? I'm still missing my TSW2 core and rushhour routes. Edit: Now I got the rushhour routes. Only missing the core routes.
I also got the Rush Hour Routes, but am still missing the TSW2 Core Route indeed. Which is a shame, because I visited London for work last week and rode the Bakerloo line, which I'd really like to drive in TSW now. How is it for you now? Are you also still missing the TSW2 Core Routes?
I'm still missing TSW2 Core Routes but contacted Epic about this issue, they're still investigating this issue for me. It's been a month now since TSW3 released.
Yesterday I also contacted Epic Games about the issue. They added the missing routes manually for me within half an hour of me sending my ticket. My understanding is that they weren't able to do so before, but they will be able to do so since two days or so, so perhaps if you reach out to Epic once more, it will work. Best of luck.
