PC Alerter Button On Gamepad No Longer Works After Lzb Tutorial

I play on PC but I use an Xbox one controller to play. I recently completed the LZB tutorial in the ICE3. Since doing that, the "B" button on my controller no longer resets the alerter when it's going off. This isn't just in the ICE3 either, it's all locomotives, British or American, does not work. If I press and hold "B", contact signaler does still works. If I press "B" to go back when in the menu, it still works. It's like the LZB tutorial broke the binding between a single press of the "B" button and resetting the alerter.

 

Same for me on the DB BR 185 from KWG, playing on classic controls btw.
