I'm making this thread because support staff closed my ticket (I guess assuming it was resolved) without letting me confirm that all my DLC was now present. I will make another ticket for this, I just wanted to add a degree of visibility since this issue has persisted for so long, and my ticket was prematurely closed. I was one of those unlucky Epic players to own TSW2 on the Epic Games Store, and so for over 2 weeks I didn't have access to 2 out of 3 of the core TSW3 routes, the Rush Hour DLC pack, all of the core TSW2 routes, and New Journeys expansion. Access was restored to the rest of the TSW3 routes about 3-4 days after, and just today, the Rush Hour DLC pack is now showing in my add-ons. However, I still do not have any of the core TSW2 routes and the New Journeys expansion. Anyways, just writing this to hopefully discover that I'm not that the only one with this issue, and so support staff sees this and can continue to give feedback to Epic.
Just so you know, nobody has the New Journeys expansion pack as that hasn’t released for TSW3 on any platform yet.

Apologies if the ticket was resolved too early. All updates are available in the thread linked above. We are in daily contact with Epic to try to resolve the remaining entitlement issues.
Thank you all for the responses, I apologize if I came off as a bit curt in some of my post, as I've been trying to broach the issue directly with Epic Support Staff, and only getting cookie cutter responses about how they're "investigating the issue", and no actual updates, so I was a bit frustrated when I made this post. I also apologize about being misinformed about New Journeys, I had assumed that because I was missing the core routes that I was also missing that expansion. Fingers crossed Epic finally gets it together, and resolves this so we Epic users can fully enjoy all the new content. And thank you JD for the response here, as well as in my ticket.
Just wanted to provide an update for anyone still wondering, as of this morning October 8th, Epic has finally restored my missing core TSW2 routes, and I now have all my DLC from TSW2.
