PC Rhtt Class 66 No Rain Droplets On Windscreen

Issue summary:
When the weather produces a common phenomenon known as rain, the sudden downpour of dihydrogen oxide, the protective glasses, that protect the human race from the heavy wind and debris while operating a fast-moving vehicle, do not accumulate the so-called rain droplets, causing the rain droplet remover, also known as wipers, to be of expendable.
How to reproduce:
Drive the Class 66 RHTT in the rain.
Result: No rain on the windscreen.
Expected result: Rain on the windscreen.
