That could be good. Throw in some UIC stock on the International “D” trains to/from Hoek and I would be rolling round like a pig in muck. Re Osnabruck I seem to remember the trains passing through twice, once on the low level, then ran round some sort of loop or avoiding line to emerge on the upper level where the train then made its station call.

My journey was 40 years ago so memory is a bit hazy, but in all likelihood it was a 110 from Bad Bentheim to Bremen where possibly a 103 took over.
Dtg have already said this but the world only refers to the world of trains, not the whole world you're referring to. Also realize that they need to get licenses, and create new stuff like assets and to maybe even go out especially if the region is brand new and stuff so they can create a good route. Also bear in mind that more countries means longer wait times for people who want their own route lol. Some people get bad if their home route does not come out in a timely manner. With routes already taking a long time to make, it's difficult to release a route from several different countries every year.
