PC Br 363 Wheel Slip At A Standstill

noticed recently, don't know how fresh this issue is
no power provided but the wheels move slightly, alternately forward and backward causing wheel slip (HUD)
the locomotive is not moving

I've posted a video about this. Seems to be related to the famous 1.86 "Up"date. Do you also see the world around you shaking, kinda like in an earthquake?

From the cab it looks like you described

 

Brake cylinder is 3.7 bar. Same in the video.

 

it has nothing to do with this phenomenon
