Xbox Getting Trains I Own At The Testing Facility

How do I add trains to be available at the Testing Facility that I own so I can take them for a spin?

 

You have to use scenario planner

 

And how do I add the trains to it?

 

Go to the creators club tab, scenario planner, off the rails and add a service I believe to the training center, select your train.
