There are many services and scenarios in which you get not enough points for gold or the number of points to be achieved is simply too high. Since we have the "Complete to Gold" feature in TSW 3, I created a thread on this topic a few days ago and I'm gradually adding all the services and scenarios in which it is impossible to reach gold. So if you find something that isn't listed there yet, let me know.
