    I have been using
    Sonik Vader X Reel (4:6:1)
12ft. Sim World Pro Cork Rod
    30 lbs RidgeMonkey Braid line
    4 Dark Matter Rig hook
SCB 20mm, Tane 18mm & Pop Up Tiger Nuts 20mm bait.

I can't seem to catch anything above 30lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Key is to watch bar on left side near drag when you see it get bright red don't reel for a few seconds so tension doesn't break the line. Keep drag from 30-40 range depending on size of fish.. you'll know if you have to bump it up when fish keeps taking line no matter how much you reel.. waldsee i've caught some giant mirrors on tigernuts, shrimp imitation and high impact salty squid bait.. 40-60lbs.. another tip is when fish runs point rod in opposite direction to control it better... good luck and fishing hope this helps you out.

Dump the dark matter rigs and use the iq drigs

Gigantica is all about location... the edges never seem successful but there are pockets in the middle approx 100 yards out where ive had a lot of joy and some 50/60lb’s :)
