PC New Journeys Br423, Something Is Missing

I loaded up one of the services in the journey for the New Journey's BR423 and loaded in to find that the cab I needed to be in was completely removed.

I then loaded into a different journey service and the same thing happened again.

However when I tried a service from the timetable, it seemed to work fine. Also I have no mods installed. So it's not a mod interfering with the game
