I cannot believe this still hasn't been addressed. When you use classic controls and switch to any external view the look speed is about 10 times faster then what your actual speed is set to. I realized recently when checking the game again to see if it had been fixed, which it hadn't, was when adjusting your look sensitivity it actually does adjust the external camera speed, but as I mentioned before there is about a 10 times speed difference. So making it so your regular camera moves extremely slow, then means that the external camera is usable.
It's not just classic camera controls! It's external camera itself but it only seems to be on the introduction modules when you have to look at the outside of the train
That's so strange, with classic controls I think it's any time you try use external views. No matter what scenario or service.
