Fishing Sim World Catching Pike

Whats the best way to catch pike ?
And with what gear

 

I’ve caught all the boss pike on the cannel and the other lakes I mainly use top water pencil lures or the other lures I tend to use are the diving lures dosnt matter what line u use I’ve caught pike on 10 lb and 50 lb lines hope that helps

 

I have just fished Gigantica. Species to be caught are listed as, European perch, Rudd,Northern Pike,Bream,Tench,Roach,Common Carp,Mirror Carp, and leather Carp. Fished for half an hour during Match Series trying to catch European Perch and/or Northern Pike, without any success, any advice as to the best rigs to be used for these two species, please.

 

I’ve found that if you fish close in for carp eventually you see the pike showing & when that happens I switch to my bass setup & that usually work (it also works the other way round). Poppers have given me the best results with regards to lures, hope that helps

What I sometimes do is claim a peg,cast out rod 2 about 10-15 yards with a pencil lure on & leave it.Fish will soon come up so you can see them,including Pike.In the mean time I just start fishing normally with rod 1 while waiting,usually using one of the 4 inch popper lures.
