Hi there. You have encountered the ps5 64 gb dlc limit issue that Sony imposed a while back. Dtg are working on a fix to this so you can have everything installed and playable. Having all dlcs combined is 100+ gb so you unfortunately have to pick and choose what you want to play and uninstall content.
If he's playing on xbox one or ps4 he can have them all installed. Which on those consoles will cause the menus to be extremely unresponsive
