I ran 50244 in journey mode (the 20th October one) a couple of days ago and was blocked at the end of the service by 50245. The service has other issues as well with a stopping point so close to the red signal that LZB won't let you reach it and it's (almost) impossible to get moving if you happen to stop on a 1.2-1.3% uphill. XSX, all German content installed.
AFAICT the journey is not actually completable.
