Welcome to the Unofficial Screenshot Competition This is a fun and friendly alternative to the official Screenshot Competition run by DTG. Here you can share your weekly themed TSC screenshots using any 3rd party / post shot editing etc. creations which are not allowed in the official competition. Rules: TSC only shots allowed. Screenshot should be in some way (can be very tenuous) linked to the theme. Otherwise anything goes. You can enter up to 3 screenshots, posted as separate posts. You can delete and replace if you wish. 3rd party content / Reshades / Reskins etc. are welcomed but are not mandatory. Previous week's winner to decide winner (can't enter themselves). The winner chooses the new theme for next week (and becomes the new judge). The Judge of the week's decision is final. We strongly discourage any negative comment or criticism of another entry by a fellow contributor, this is a light hearted & fun contest! This is a major "we are all friendly" thread and we hope it will always remain so. Please keep chat to an absolute minimum. Entries will close at 21:00 GMT on Friday, November 25th and will be judged by me - Paulc In the event of this weeks winner not responding by 17:00 Sunday, November 27th, a new thread will be created using the theme with the highest votes in this weeks poll. This weeks theme will be Electric Good luck to all!

Since you don't administer this forum I'm intrigued as to how you enforce this. OK you can stop somebody winning, but if a passer-by makes a critical comment you're stuffed. Is this not so? BTW there's a certain disjoint to the "This is a fun and friendly alternative, and anyone who disagrees will be beaten up" message.
Yep stuffed, not my rules but it's something I do agree with & it's to deter negativity, if someone does decide to pass criticism then there is as you say not alot we can do about it. It could IMO be worded better with something like..... We strongly discourage any negative comment or criticism of another entry by a fellow contributor, this is a light hearted & fun contest! This is a major "we are all friendly" thread and we hope it will always remain so.
Route: WCML South Train: Class 90, Class 350. A pretty fast and electric race on the mainline. Who will win?
Oh, I dislike that sport I just decided to stop posting in competitions. There are some excellent electric shots here. If you were also hoping to collect some nice ones.
Awesome pics as ever & judging is never easy so here is the winners for week 46!....... In 3rd place is I`m a railfan obviously with this excellent pic of a 350 & a 90! I think the 350 would win!! In 2nd Place is cscarpenter with this brilliant pic of the highest 87 at that particular time at Shap Summit! This weeks winner is Cragie-C with this stunning array of ECML traction at Kings Cross! Some great entries this week! Keep up the good work
Oh WOW! Cheers Paul , thanks for chosing my shot, as you say some terrific eye candy from all concerned, Next weeks thread is up and running with the theme Crossing the Tracks You may interpret this however you like, as long as something, somewhere is crossing a track, that will do for me. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/unofficial-screenshot-contest-2022-week-47.61954/ Good luck to all.
Cheers Paul, well pleased with another podium place. Great choice of theme Craigie-C, can't wait to see how that gets interpreted.
