So in the dark and cold start scenario everything goes fine until I have to couple the first set of loaded container wagons to the second set of just loaded container wagons. So far coupling wagons went fine, but now it won't couple. Not automatically, not by hand in overhead view. I'm totally stumped. Any veteran who has a solution for this?

The only thing I found (in a different scenario) is that you have to approach and couple at dead slow and by dead slow I mean < 0.5 km/h. The first time I attempted to couple to a rake of container wagons at ~4 km/h, the whole train derailed spectacularly, both the wagons and the two locos. Second time I nudged at about 0.4km/h and coupled successfully (I have automatic coupling on by default) Not sure what the "global" coupling tolerance in TSC is (TSW is generally 4 MPH or 6 km/h) but touching buffers at 4 km/h, less than walking pace should not induce a derailment, let alone send all the vehicles flying in the air.

Again not sure how TSC works in this respect but would suggest the devs need to revisit the coupling values and bounding boxes etc. on both the locos and the various stock.

That's not the problem. It doesn't couple. At all. Slow, fast, automatic, manual...it just won't couple.

I know, but 1. Seemed an idea to mention it along with your issue as, 2. There is obviously something of an issue all round with the coupling routine on this stock.

We are working on the coupler issue. We will do a post-release update when we got the issue solved. Thanks for the feedback.
