I'd love the frankfurt U bahn. It would be the first tram route in tsw and would be really fun and if they do lighting and sounds right it'd be the best German route in the game no doubt.
When it comes to the S6 that can merge with Niddertalbahn route because RB34s on the Niddertalbahn route run fast services (US Terminology Express service) over the S6 route from Frankfurt am Main Hbf to Bad Vilbel then diverge from there
