That’s great to hear, It’s good to have a third party not tied to a single country, and the East Asia region is p varied.

When do You make a proper DPU system for US long freights? For now, only es44c4 works fine, other US loco have no air braking capability when being rear DPUs . It should be addressed on the road map. You cannot drive safely 100+wagons train without properly braking rear end...

I fully agree with you. There also is a rural Japanes line in TSC (forgot the name of the route), which is absolutely lovely, but unfortunately it lacks additional loco DLC, which makes that I did not play it for a long time.

There's the Tadami Line which I've only just started to explore and the Forest Rail which is semi fictional.

When they have the spare time. After all, it takes time to implement the feature and make sure it works properly

Air braking has nothing to do with DPU operation; the BP is controlled for the whole train from the lead engine, whether there's a trailing MU or not.

Check es44c4 and compare to other older us locos. Rear dpu controls rear air braking. Thats way it was possible to make 1,6mile+ trains... U need to have control on the back. For now sherman hill, horse shoe, sand patch dpus are broken like hell...

That would require implementing full DPU operation including fencing- a HUGE project to undertake, it's not some little bugfix. And, no, the in-game ES44C4 can't do it either.

Frankly, having a BP reduction initiated from the rear is far less critical in modeling a longer train than the ability to keep positive traction going at the back while the lead MU transitions to dynamic braking as the train crests a grade. But that will I guess have to wait for TSW4 or 5... :(

Do you plan on making a much larger regional, intercity, cargo route like the route cologne-koblenz/frankfurt koblenz or maybe also trying to connect the parts between cologne and the Rhein Rhur routes?

Well if I'm not mistaken, what happens in current CJP ES44C4, that the DPU's applying auto brake is not realistic. In real life, the DPU's does provide faster brake pipe charging to help release the automatic air brake faster, but auto brake application only possible by physically moving the auto brake handle in the lead unit by the engineer. The engineer only have access to power and dynamic brake of the DP units. Maybe someone with better understanding about US railroading and modern US freight engines can correct me.

It's been exactly one month since I asked so. I shall ask once more. Any idea when we will hear more about the Rivet Games Route?
P.S: Your reply was very vague JD! ;)
P.S.S: Rivet Have said sooon. So, do you guys know anything. Personally, my guess Is it will appear in the next roadmap or a few days after. :o:D;)

Shush now. You have had your answer and nothing has changed. Rivet have said it will be soon so no need to badger poor JD. We will find out when they tease it or announce it and not a moment sooner (unless the achievements are leaked before then as happens with DTG routes). Just wait.

I will continue to be vague, with a hint of disappointment. We don't announce routes or new content in the Roadmap - it's intended as a 'here's an update or something cool you might not know about the things we're working on'.

It'd be announced separately, but that won't be this week.

It is the Ge 4/4 II from Arosa. And next Rivet release will be a UK-route.

For me, this no longer has anything to do with a roadmap and also completely takes away the meaning of such a roadmap. It's clear to everyone that things are being worked on, and you don't need a text for that.

DTG seem to have gone quiet on Creators Club
I’m on the PS5 and have less than 100 and still can’t subscribe.
So I decided to try it online but I cannot get to a second page of not only my subscriptions but on any of the creators . For example , One creator has 54uploads but I can only see the first 12 . There is no option to look at anymore

Okay, sorry. Jeez. I assumed they might know but nevermind. I'll still be keeping an eye out for JD to “Accidently let something slip” ;)

So they are still saying that it’s because of the 100 limit that you can’t subscribe. Funny that . I can subscribe on my ps4 but not ps5 .
