HI Today I'm Suggestion The Amtrak Hiawatha Milwaukee To Chicago Union Station Description The Hiawatha Service, or simply Hiawatha, is an 86-mile (138 km) train route operated by Amtrak on the western shore of Lake Michigan between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. However, the name was historically applied to several different routes that extended across the Midwest and to the Pacific Ocean. As of 2007, fourteen trains (seven round-trips, six on Sunday) run daily between Chicago and Milwaukee,[2] making intermediate stops in Glenview, Illinois, Sturtevant, Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The line is partially supported by funds from the state governments of Wisconsin and Illinois.[3] The line utilizes the Soo Line Railroad (Canadian Pacific) C&M Subdivision. Yes Please! They have been neglect ant on Amtrak or American routes even though they had a bright opportunity to add Amtrak on the Horseshoe curve. If they could do this whole route that would be awesome, Even if they can only have p42 f40 as engines. They put so much work into American stuff on TS classic But we need stuff here. You get my vote
They're not neglecting American routes or anything like that. The problem with the passenger services on freight routes is the lack of gameplay. From what I've read from people in the forums, only like 2 trains per day for each route where applicable. It's poor value for money and expensive to make since they have to make each passenger car as well as the locomotive since there are multiple different cars. Trying to convince people to pay for a train that has little replay value is also really difficult.
This is a good idea. The route should include the Siemens Charger, CP SD70ACU, CP AC4400CW (or rebuilt AC44CWM), or ES44AC, and either the GP20C-ECO or SD30C-ECO. The P42DC Genesis and Cabbage unit could be DLCs, as well as the remaining CP diesels not included in the base route.
