PlayStation Cannot Complete Re50 Leipzig Hbf-dresden Hbf (tsw3)

Game: Train Sim World 3
System: PS4
Route: Nahverkehr Dresden
Journey Mode Chapter 2, Scenario: RE50 Leipzig Hbf-Dresden Hbf

I am unable to complete this scenario due to a permanent red light 2.2km before Coswig Platform 3. AI Trains on the map near me also appear stuck. I have tried 3 times, closing and restarting TSW3 each time with the same result. Does anyone know of any workarounds for this issue? Thank you!

 

I am having the same issue on Xbox one.
Mine was Re50 Leipzig to Dresden at 16:45.

 

There are numerous red light issues. However, it is a route by route case. Harlem and rush hour routes are supposed to get their red light issues looked into first. However, it might be a while until we actually see something.
