Congratulations to cscarpenter for winning with this fantastic shot in the dark! Find next week's competition: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsc-screenshot-contest-week-48-december-2022.62462/
Gotta say, with 1 last contest left, we've all been absolutely killed by cscarpenter this year, this is his staggering 11th win this year, and the next closest person only has 5 I think. Great shot again!
I was the one with 6 likes. Maybe because i was higher up and not many people saw it. Congrats Cscarpenter!

Thanks Blacknred81, much appreciated, I genuinely did not expect to be so successful this year and always take every win with the utmost gratitude. Must admit I have learned so much from your good self, Ironbladder and the rest of you long standing contributers on how to choose a subject, framing, angles, composition, lighting etc. over the years and it seems to have all come together for me this past year. As for this week I am honestly gobsmacked, back to back wins, what a christmas present. When I started entering this comp back in 2020 I entered every week and won just 1 Here we are in 2022 and I have my first ever back to back winners. Thank you all for your inspirations, and kind comments over the past. My very best wishes to you all over the festive season, and long may we all continue to keep this thread alive and kicking with the terrific shots you all contribute every week.
Thanks DTG Alex for selecting my shot as this weeks winner. Also a massive thanks to all for your kind comments, they are genuinely appreciated.
Thanks for the congrats, much appreciated. Just for clarification, not sure if you are aware but a shot with just 1 Like can win this competition where as another shot that has 15 likes is not even in the running. It is all down to DTG Jamie / DTG Alex etc acting as judge to chose their favourite shot from all the contributions. Likes are just shared by those of us that particularly like a fellow members shot, they have no weight towards who wins or loses. Best wishes
Mucho congrats cscarpenter on a terrific year. You have certainly raised the bar for us all going forward. Here's to next week and maybe we can keep you, cscarpenter, from achieving the elusive hat trick Good luck to us all
How the heck these shots did not win this week I will never know. All I can say is thanks for sharing, they are just brilliant. Merry Christmas & Happy holidays to you all.
Message to Im a Railfan u won one already let someone else have a go yeah fair is fair its about time that people won the thing without there having the most likes i dont go have a cry if i dont win hey all peoples screenshots are great win lose or draw thats life build a bridge and get over it
I'm not sure what you intended with this post, but the important part is, yours isn't 16:9, so there's a handicap. You might score a win if it looks well when cut, but by default rules, no.
