Just bought tsw3 standard edition, and theres only the traing centre. Have i just been conned?

 

Then you probably didn't install the routes. In TWS 3 you need to download and install the routes seperately.

That is because every TWS3 route is a seperate addon, so you can buy the base game and only the routes you really want. Different packs with different combinations of routes are available.

 

Still seems expensive though, given the lack of content. Having said that, I'm getting a load of routes from tws2 for free, so i cant1 complain.

I haven't played any of the previous iterations of TSW.
Since TSW3 Standard Edition consists of base game plus 3 routes, does this mean that you will own the route DLCs when TSW4 comes around?
If I read it correctly, people who bought TSW2 received 4 routes with it (GWE, NTP, MSB and LIRR). Did these carry when you bought TSW3?

 

That's how it usually works. Those and any other DLC that you purchase for TSW3 as well.
