I just opened up my new Xbox series S as I added my account from my Xbox one it not letting add all my add-ons instead of the game downloading it its saying I have to buy all of them all over again
Are you trying to install them via the store? If you go to "manage game" in the XBox dashboard, after logging in on your XBox account, they should all be listed, tick them and they should install.
When you look in the store it sometimes takes a little while to read your console licences. Clicking on each bit of content will either tell you you own it or how much it is! If it's not telling you that you own it check the game in my games & apps and if content you have on Xbox one isn't showing then you need to contact Microsoft to get help fixing the issue
