Utilities.exe Is Not Working.

I got a new computer recently, and so everything transferred over to that new computer.
The Issue is... now the Utilites.exe is now not working, so I can't install most of the Third Party Mods I had on my old Computer. I've looked at other posts but they haven't helped me much, can someone please help?

open the .rwp file with 7zip (or winzip or winrar) and drag the content and or assets folders over into your RailWorks folder, you don't actually need utilities.exe

 

and its a much faster process (utilities.exe takes ages to refresh etc).

Wow! It worked!
I did have a problem with one of the Mods since it for some reason needs Utilities.exe, but now Utilities is working fine. Somehow...
