Ok been away from TS Classic for quite a while but now I have a new PC thought I would get back into it, my main gripe is if I just click to play it from the steam quick access on the taskbar it always starts in 32bit, I would like to be able to set it to always run in 64bit, is there a quick and easy way to do that with out having to fully open steam to be able to do so?
Locate and open your RailWorks folder Look for RailWorks64.exe Left click the .exe drag to desktop and then select create shortcut here Double click shortcut
You also need to start Steam independently first, too, before clicking on the desktop icon for "Railworks64" (if Steam is already running that's not necessary). For some reason, the shortcut does not incorporate the auto-start that launches Steam as happens with just about every other title on the platform!
