Just setup a new PS5 and am finding out when I use my long standing PS Network account, which I've used to buy all of my PS content over the years cannot purchase anything related to TSW3 on the console, website, or the iOS app. I just get the "something went wrong" error CE-112840-6. I can easily buy games from other vendors such as EA, Rockstar etc., and I could even buy older TSW2 era DLCs if I wanted, but i can't get to the "confirm purchase" screen for TSW3 (anything). Anyone else have this problem?
Hey emperorts#8304. I'm getting the exact same issue. Was looking to pick up the Bremen route as a Christmas pressie but it seems you can access the PS store and see that it is available for sale but then I get the exact same error code and it does not drop into my downloads list. I presume we won't hear from DTG about this now until maybe the middle of this coming week as tomorrow and Tuesday are Bank Holidays in the UK and therefore there will be no one at the office.

There was a technical issue with the PlayStation store today (25th December). Other users were unable to redeem codes for games or, like you here, unable to purchase games.
