On the console version of the game the left thumbstick allows the selected train in livery editior to be moved back and forth or up and down.Yet this option goes from working to doing nothing randomly in the same game.Resetting game sometimes helps sometimes doesn't.So just what going on with the editiors wonky weird work sometime works left thumb stick sillyness.
Yes. Same for me. I am on Xbox also (One s). Has been an annoyance since I bought TSW3. makes working on your livery somewhat awkward but not impossible. Hopefully fixed soon. It's been known for awhile.
