My goodness, only one week of annual leave?! You should come work in the US. Even the worst companies here give you at least two weeks.

If I‘m not mistaken, JD was able to take some time off in summer prior to TSW3‘s release. I‘m sure DTG takes care of their employees and gives them a healthy amount of free time.

 

Oh stop, please! And then go to the store and buy yourself a sense of humor. I believe they're on sale this week.

 

It's important for employees to take holiday time off to balance work and life. They are human beings, not your personal bug-fixing slaves. Have some empathy.

Wow, just wow. I bet you belive people should struggle to survive rather than strike for better pay too don't you!! The guy had a week off, as is the way holiday entitlement works

Do you work? Do you get a holiday? if so why not DTG Staff then?

 

What has the roadmap got to do with bug fixing?
The engineers don't write or present the roadmap, and from what JD's said himself I doubt he's anywhere near the game code fixing anything.
Maybe think about how things work before posting nonsense like this?

 

It's called outsourcing to India or the Philippines. And I'm sure DTG doesn't do anything like that. And if they did, I'm sure the workers would all work 9-5 in ergonomically-correct offices, get sick leave, LTD, 6 weeks AV, a 401(K), a platinum health plan, double-rate overtime on a per-day basis, and solid union representation.
