Hello everyone today I propose a new expansion of SEHS to London Victoria and Ramsgate

    THE LINE

the new expansion that I propose is 35 miles from London Victoria to Ramsgate I propose a new timetable in 2022 with the class 700,707 and 466.

this line has a 750VDC power supply like the london suburban network.

the branch that I propose is an expansion of the commuter network.

I propose depot timetable services outside Ramsgate.

I propose an update of the PIS of the class 465 and 375.

    The station

to london Victoria,The first station is Barnehurst,Bexleyhealt,Welling,Falconwood,Eltham,Kidbrooke,Blackheath,Lewisham,Nunhead,Peckham Rye,Denmark hill and London Victoria.

to Ramsgate: , Broadstairs, Westgate-on-Sea, Birchington-on-Sea, Herne Bay, Chestfield & Swalecliffe, Whitstable.

    Picture of the route

    Rolling stock

I propose 3 trains the first is the class 707 in SEHS livery [IMG]

the second train I propose is the class 700 [IMG]

and the last train i propose is the class 466 [IMG]

    it's my suggestion:ferrovipathe 67

    possible add-ons

Great suggestion really love the variety of rolling stock but what services would the class 700 and 700 operate plus how much miles of this extension would they cover. As in my opinion it doesn't make sense to add a train that operates less than 10 miles of a route as you wouldn't get to use it a lot.

it's really a problem but the class 700 could be added so for I think a class 700 come soon in the game with the ecml and if the class 700 could be add on ecml it could be superimposed in the timetable of sehs but yes the class 700 circulates on a branch of the route

Good suggestion here but where are you expectant to find a 707, they don't operate to Dartford as of yet to my knowledge, I believe they will in the future though ;), what is the point of the 466 as it is a shortened 465 which would layer onto the 465s timetable runs anyway, the only base train which I feel makes sense, is the 700 but that would require a different routing from Dartford into London, I think they go via Abbey Wood and Woolwich Arsenal, not Bexleyheath like you suggested, in addition Blackfriars will need to be built for the 700 too :)

In summary, good suggestion but a couple of rolling stock choices are a bit uncertain and if a 700 were to be made, change the London terminus to Blackfriars instead of Victoria, as 700s only serve Victoria for overnight stabling of early morning/late evening Sevenoaks diagrams :)

TBH I don't think the customer base would want to see yet another extension to this route. As welcome as it might be, the opportunity to add in the classic route and extend to the coast should have been taken when the route was rebuilt for TSW3. I would rather DTG used their resources to produce something completely new and preferably away from south east third rail and Electrostars.

I agree with you here, we have too much Electrostar routes in game, more northern routes are the way forward until they decide to make another Electrostar route for TSW, the last Electrostar route we need which'll make everyone happy is either ATS' Kings Lynn-King's Cross with 387s or the LTS line with 357s :)

This might be your opinion, to be honest combine l2b with sehs would be a day1 purchaise for me, even for a higher price.

That would be a good combination of a network. I hope dtg adds this as route dlc in addition with a cl700 loco dlc.

That's some information that I didn't know, thanks for that ;), I thought the Dartford services were primarily Networkers but seems I was wrong, nevertheless would be nice to have a 707 in TSW :)

there are problems with the 701 class so there are 12 707s that are still by SWR,for now it is until March 2023.

Services between Ramsgate and London Victoria operate via Bromley South not Bexleyheath and Lewisham. It would make more sense to build that part of the line as an extension instead of making just one of the Dartford metro lines to link up to London Victoria.

Sharing others opinions, even though this route is local to me I much rather see so many other routes elsewhere in the country before we need yet another SEHS extension/upgrade. The only thing needed right now is the Class 700.

  14. Nice suggestion. Although I would propose cannon st instead of Victoria.

The 707s run between cannon St an Gravesend on weekdays. The 465/466 and 376 to dartford (sometimes Gravesend). Plus the 700s run from Rainham (kent) to Luton so we could run these as far as London Bridge.

If you are gonna do London Victoria - Ramsgate, you might as well just create it as a new route rather than a extension to SEHS (and route it via Bromley South and Rochester).

I have always wanted to see the class 700 in TSW! Great suggestion! Although this is unlikely as SEHS has already been extended.
