This is no bug, this is like it is in reality. You have to turn the lights on in the loco by hand. This old trains doesn’t have switches in the cab car which turn on the rear lights of the locomotive. Tipp: Start by foot about 5 minutes before the departure of the train, than you’re able to to all the prep work very relaxed without any hurry
Im sure that’s not the case in all circumstances, as I’m sure not every one starts their service schedule at Bremen or Oldenburg, which means they should have been left on from previous driver ready for the player to take over with out having to run to the back of the set for every service
