When I try to download liveries and scenarios, it doesn’t want to download. I don’t know why I tried signing out and signing back in and it’s not working.
It's been a known issue where it won't allow you to download liveries. The rolling circle of doom as one calls it or whatever the phrase is. Only affects console players from what I know. Make sure you don't have over a hundred items downloaded since that is the limit. It's a bug. A workaround is to use your phone or computer, log into dovetail live and access creators club to download, although it does have limitations such as not being able to see everything.
Please move this thread to the Technical Issues forum. The combined discussion forum is cluttered enough without adding bug reports to it.
Hello kadeemy#4053, This issue could be related to our 100 subscribed item limit, where attempting to download anything above that amount doesn't work. Can I confirm how many different items you are subscribed to?
Thanks for all your help. I have 163 downloads from creators hub. It would be nice if you guys can increase the limit or remove the limit.
