I'd like to start off with, the new Train Sim World 3 UI is really good-looking, it's a major step up to Train Sim World 2's UI and the team did a great job on redesigning it. This new UI still has some flaws that I'd like to mention, that really should be ironed out. 1) In Scenario Planner, when you choose a train (with OFF THE RAILS mode either on or off), there are three filters that are automatically applied, those being STEAM TRAINS, ELECTRIC TRAINS, and DIESEL TRAINS. This is a problem as not all trains fall under those categories and prevents some trains from being seen. (Most notably, cab cars. No filter should be automatically applied by default. 2) The 3-Bay 100 Ton Coal Hopper from the CSX C40-8W DLC causes a "Missing Name" entry in the timetable selection screen in Train Sim World 3 only when you choose the "Train Depot > Timetable" option from the main menu where you pick the Loco first, then the route. 3) Speaking of the "Train Depot" option above, where you choose the loco first, then the route, this new menu option added in Train Sim World 3 has a lot of bugs and flaws, particularly where you select the loco you want to drive, then you choose the route, but the timetable the game brings up is from a completely different route. I did my own testing on this (with ALL DLCs installed) and this is what I found; - When selecting the DB BR 406 ICE 3M from Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen, the game will only bring up the Hamburg Lubeck route timetable and not the Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen timetable as well. - When selecting the DB BR 425 EMU from Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr, and then selecting the Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr route, the game will bring up the Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen 'New Journeys' timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 425 EMU from Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr, and then selecting the Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen route, the game will bring up the Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr timetable instead. - When selecting the GWR Class 166 from Great Western Express, and then selecting the Great Western Express route, the game will bring up the London Commuter timetable instead, - When selecting the GWR Class 166 from Great Western Express, and then selecting the London Commuter route, the game will bring up the Great Western Express timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 422 EMU from Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr, and then selecting the Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr route, the game will bring up the Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen 'Original Release' timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 422 EMU from Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr, and then selecting the Rhein Ruhr Osten route, the game will bring up the Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 422 EMU from Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr, and then selecting the Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen route, the game will bring up the Rhein Ruhr Osten timetable instead. - The DB BR 422 EMU from Rhein Ruhr Osten does not appear at all in the "Train Depot" menu. - When selecting the TGV Duplex from LGV Mediterranee, and then selecting the LGV Mediterranee route, the game will bring up the Southeastern Highspeed timetable instead. - When selecting the TGV Duplex from LGV Mediterranee, and then selecting the Southeastern Highspeed route, the game will bring up the LGV Mediterranee timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 442 'Talent 2' EMU from Nahverkehr Dresden, and then selecting the Nahverkehr Dresden route, the game will bring up the Tharandter Rampe timetable instead. - When selecting the DB BR 442 'Talent 2' EMU from Nahverkehr Dresden, and then selecting the Tharandter Rampe route, the game will bring up the Nahverkehr Dresden timetable instead. - The DB BR 442 'Talent 2 EMU from Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen does not appear at all in the "Train Depot" menu. - The Southern Class 377/4 EMU from East Coastway does not appear at all in the "Train Depot" menu. - When selecting the BR 1442 "Talent 2" EMU from Rapid Transit, and then selecting the Rapid Transit route, the game will bring up the Tharandter Rampe timetable instead. - When selecting the BR 1442 "Talent 2" EMU from Rapid Transit, and then selecting the Tharanter Rampe route, the game will bring up the Rapid Transit timetable instead. - When selecting the BR Class 20 from Tees Valley Line, and then selecting the Tees Valley Line route, the game will bring up the Cathcart Circle Line timetable instead. - When selecting the BR Class 20 from Tees Valley Line, and the selecting the Cathcart Circle Line route, the game will bring up the Tees Valley Line timetable instead, - When selecting either 1938 Tube Stock, the game will only bring up the dedicated 1938 Tube Stock timetable, and not the Bakerloo Line 2021 timetable as well, despite the Bakerloo Line 2021 timetable having limited services for the 1938 Tube Stock. - When selecting any 1972 Tube Stock from the menu, it will falsely name the Bakerloo 2021 timetable as the same name as the original release timetable 'London Underground Bakerloo Line'. - When selecting any 1972 Tube Stock from the menu, it will only bring up the Bakerloo 2021 timetable and not the original release timetable as well. - The UP GP38-2 from Peninsula Corridor falsely appears on the Horseshoe Curve timetable. - When selecting the GE 4/4 II RhB from Arosa Linie, the game only shows one timetable, when the route has two different timetables - When selecting the UP GP38-2 from Peninsula Corridor, and then selecting the Peninsula Corridor route, the game will bring up the Horseshoe Curve timetable instead. - When selecting the UP GP38-2 from Peninsula Corridor, and then selecting the Horseshoe Curve route, the game will bring up the Peninsula Corridor timetable instead. - The BNSF SD40-2 from Cajon Pass falsely appears on the Sand Patch Grade timetable. - The DB BR 204 from Main Spessart Bahn falsely appears on mainline services on the timetables for Nahverkehr Dresden, Schnellfahrstrecke Koln Aachen, Rhein Ruhr Osten, Ruhr Sieg Nord, and Munchen Augsburg. I forgot one more thing; 4) When selecting a route or train, some appear under filters they aren't supposed to - Bremen Oldenburg appears under OTHER - Isle of Wight 2022 appears under OTHER - Luzern Sursee appears under GERMANY - The CN Rail GP38-2 appears under USA
Hi. Indeed i can confirm that bugs in itineraries of diferent trains since the 2023 updates. The itineraries don't have any relationship with the routes or missing completely, for example for the ICE1, it have zero itineraries to pick up in the UI, or the 422 for Rhein Rurh Osten i can't select S8 Itinerary to Hagen or Monchengladbach in the UI. Dovetail maybe correct this, because this affect to trains in traffic as well, they dont show any intineraries in the displays. Regards.
