1750 Bishops Lydeard Shunt Move

Just arrived into bishops lydeard 1746 or so, now waiting for red signal to do the 1750 shunt move to bishops lydeard yard.
Currently the signal is showing red, SPAD request not working.
Saved and re-entered, problem persist.
Can't see any way around it other than choosing it from the main menu...

 

Nevermind I think it was because I uncoupled the coaches, thinking it was a run around move
