It would be nice to see Steven's Pass from Train Sim Classic be remade in TSW3. The locos that could be used include the GE ET44C4, the GE C44-9W or the ES44AC for mainline runs, and the GP38-2 or the SD40/2 for local and switching runs.

Above is a BNSF C44-9W in H2 Scheme. These could appear in the BNSF H2 or H3 colours.

Need more details and all locomotives can layer to Cajon Pass and in return you get ES44C4 3250-3299 built in 2020 from Cajon Pass to this route.

Heck yeah. I would totally buy this route. Two things that would make it better: Siemens ALC42 Chargers and the Boeing Fuselage Trains. Also, instead of the GP38-2, the route should include a GP60 or GP60M-3. A BNSF SD60M and/or SD70MAC and SD70ACe/SD70ACeP4 could be awesome on this route, too.
Perhaps a DLC could give us the Amtrak P42DC Genesis. This would be a perfect route to add the Genesis.
Other DLCs could give us GN or BN diesels. My loco DLC suggestions (in both GN and BN liveries) would be F45s, GP35s, SDP45s, SD45s, SD40s/SD40-2s, BN SD60s/SD60Ms, BN SD70MACs, SW1500s, U-Boats, Dash-7s, and GP30s. F-Units, Alcos, Baldwins, and GN's rebuilt GP5s would be great, too.
